Sometimes that’s a tangled process. Sometimes it’s a website, a strategy, a story, a system or a half-baked idea scribbled on a whiteboard.
With a background that spans communications, technology, systems and visual storytelling, I sit comfortably between creative and practical. I see the big picture, spot the gaps, connect the dots and help people move from “we know something needs to change” to “now we’ve got a plan.”

The Global Agency Training: I spent 8 years inside BBDO Düsseldorf – one of the largest advertising giants on the planet. I didn’t stay in a safe little lane; I rotated through IT, TV, Production, and Creative Planning. I know exactly how massive organisations build their internal infrastructure and external communication.
The Qualifications: A German Diploma in Communications & Media (Bergische Universität Wuppertal), plus a certified Film & TV Production Manager qualification (Kölner Filmhaus).
The Kimberley Crucible: 17 years living, breathing, and working in the East and West Kimberley. If Germany gave me the strategic blueprint, the Kimberley gave me the resourcefulness. Out here, you don’t have a team of fifty people to fix a broken process.
You become a polymath by necessity, and then you stay by choice.
You truly know how to make someone feel so welcome, special and important in the everyday moments. Even when you moved to Broome, I still felt it all the way from across the Kimberley! Advocating for us, hyping us up and subtly guiding us in the right direction, your knack for knowing what we need is just a part of you.
